When I was sixteen, I submitted a caption to the daily boomer humor comic Pluggers. It was selected, and illustrated by Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist Gary Brookins. 22 years later, I decided to see if I still had what it took, so I started submitting again to see how many I could get published. It is an interesting challenge writing in a completely different sense of humor! |
