I had recently been fired from a job for spending too much time drawing comics. So I started updating daily instead of weekly.
Hey! That's the robot from Ending it All!
I had so much fun making up names for all these games in the background no one can read.
After drawing this page, I started volunteering in Thailand, and left this unfinished for years.
These last three strips were drawn 7 years after the comic was abandoned, just to tie up loose ends. I forgot the original script, so I just wrapped it up as fast as possible.
The original plan for this was to go through the whole story without anyone guessing I was retelling A Christmas Carol. The last few strips ended up making it really obvious though, when I had to wrap the story up quickly.
The Bringing Out the Dead poster in the background is because that movie, too, is a secret remake of A Christmas Carol. For serious, watch it again. You'll never see it unless you're looking. Then you can't unsee it.
